Drum Contest Rules

  1. All singing groups must register in person.

  2. Singing groups will be judged on a point system.

  3. Five (5) starts for Inter-Tribal songs unless notified otherwise.

  4. Four (4) starts for contest songs, unless notified otherwise.
  5. NO intoxicated singers at the drum.

  6. No limit on the number of singers.

  7. No drum hopping between contest singing groups.

  8. No drum roll call points, although contest drum will be required to sing grand entry songs.

  9. All singers will be accounted for during judged songs.

  10. No singing while other groups are singing.

  11. Any additional changes to the rules will be provided.
