RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR FOOD CONCESSIONS, ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS, AND CARD-ROOM OPERATORS

The 119th Arlee Esyapqeyni Committee welcomes you. Please comply with all regulations to insure that vendors, the public, and the Committee have a successful event.

1. No alcohol or drugs allowed.

2. Payments must be cash, certified check, or money order. Space is not assigned until payment is made in full. No refunds.

3. Vendors may not:

a. Display, sell, or advertise any items depicting alcohol or drug use.

b. Display, sell, or advertise any item that is considered lewd or pornographic.

c. Display, sell, or advertise any item that is considered a weapon. This includes laser lights, spray foam/string, toys/novelties, aerosols, etc.

d. Sell any tobacco merchandise or items used for tobacco consumption to persons under the age of 18.

e. Operate any raffle, gambling device, arcade game, or other games of chance unless approved by the Arlee Esyapqeyni Committee.

4. Rental cost of space:

Arts & Crafts – A flat rate amount of $500 for up to 20’ x 20’.

Food Concessions – A flat rate of $600 for up to 20’ x 20’.

Card Room – A flat rate amount of $200 per table.

Water and electrical services is not completely assured or guaranteed.

5. Vendors may not sublease to another person or allow any other person to profit from merchandise and/or items that is in representation of their vendor space.

6. Applications are approved on a first come, paid in full, space available basis.

7. Vendors must abide by all sanitation regulations and will be subject to inspection by Safety and Sanitation officials. All vendors are required to properly dispose of all waste, are encouraged to minimize packaging and serving products, and use biodegradable and recyclable products.

8. Vendors may not use the 119th Arlee Esyapqeyni Committee’s logo, brand, or images in displaying, selling, advertising, or representing items unless approved by the Committee.

9. Vendors found to be in violation of these Rules and Regulations and/or applicable laws may be suspended from operating and/or removed from the Celebration Grounds.

10. Vendors are requested at all times to utilize professional business ethics, and display and demonstrate law-abiding and proper citizenship for the health, safety and well-being of themselves and others.
